No. Turnover Boss is intentionally independent of your cleaner. Keep your existing cleaning company and we inspect after they finish.
We photograph and report the issue. With owner authorization, we can contact the cleaner directly for correction. Minor guest-ready fixes may be handled during the inspection when practical.
Yes. We restock owner-provided supplies stored at the property and can track agreed minimum inventory levels.
We perform a guest-readiness check for visible cleanliness, debris, obvious issues, cover condition and displayed spa temperature. This does not replace professional pool maintenance or water-chemistry testing.
Yes. Members can request separate onsite field visits for vendor access, appliance deliveries, repair verification, damage checks and other eyes-and-ears needs.
